Excellent customer service! Very friendly and more than willing to explain his whole process to us, and that he actually gets his cleaning supplies specially made in Australia. We had two very old units that needed cleaning and not only did he do an absolutely incredible job cleaning them. The before photos were pretty shocking and I was so impressed that he was able to get them looking so good again! Absolutely spotless. He was also able to give us some advice on how much longer these units could last and when it would be worth replacing them. Brian did the most comprehensive clean of our ain con units recently and we are so grateful. His service included taking apart the entire unit for a deep clean, cleaning filters and removing mould that was visible from the air vent as well as what was inside the unit not visible from the outside. Our units were much dirtier than what we expected and to think we have been using them without realising the extent of the mould inside. Very eye opening experience and a really lovely guy to chat with, very reasonably priced as well for the amount of work that was carried out. We’ve had other air con cleaning services charge the same amount for a ‘mould’ clean without taking any part of the unit off. Would definitely recommend Brian and his air con services!
