Service & Process

We deep clean the entire indoor unit: filters, coil, barrel fan, casing, drainage and more. We also clean the external covers and surrounds. Every surface that collects mould, bacteria, and dirt gets professionally treated. It’s a full internal and external clean — not just a filter rinse.

Around 60–90 minutes per unit. We don’t rush the job. If your unit is especially dirty or hasn’t been cleaned in years, it might take a little longer, but we’ll let you know upfront.

We clean wall-mounted split system air conditioners only. These are the most common type found in homes and small businesses. We don’t clean ducted or cassette systems.

Yes, as long as they’re wall-mounted. Each indoor head unit is cleaned individually.

Not as part of our standard service. We focus on the internal unit where mould and bacteria directly impact your indoor air quality.

Nope. We use protective covers and drop sheets. Everything is contained, cleaned, and wiped down, and we leave your home spotless.

Absolutely. Let us know how many you have when booking and we’ll allow enough time.

Yes, all products used are certified organic. They’ve been specially developed for aircon cleaning, using ingredients that are safe, effective, and free from harsh chemicals.

100%. Our products are non-toxic and artifical frangrance free, making them ideal for families with kids, pets, or anyone sensitive to synthetic chemicals.

We’re the only aircon cleaning service in Australia using certified organic products developed specifically for this work. We don’t cut corners, use generic cleaners or rely on strong smelling sprays.

No chemical smells here. The unit will smell fresh and clean, without overpowering scents. Any light fragrance is from natural, organic ingredients.

We usually book a few days in advance, especially during warmer months. To avoid a wait, we recommend booking early, especially for annual maintenance.

Yes. Someone will need to be home to let us in and run through the job. Most clients like to stay during the clean. We’re friendly, easy-going, and happy to explain what we’re doing if you’re curious.

Only the office is open to organise bookings on Saturdays, no cleans on weekends.

Yes, we clean both owner-occupied and rental properties. Just let us know the details when you contact us.

No, we don't do discounts when there are multiple units as we still need to use our product which is the most expensive part of the service.

Not necessarily. We believe in doing it properly with better results, safer organic products and a cleaner home.

We mostly service residential homes and small offices with wall-mounted units. If you’re a small business or have a home office, we’d be happy to help.

General Info & Maintenance

At least once a year for most homes. If you use your aircon daily, have pets, or suffer from allergies, every 6–9 months is ideal. Regular cleaning improves performance, extends system life and protects your health.

You can wipe the outside and rinse the filters, but that only does part of the job. The internal parts of the unit (coils, fans, drain) require specialised cleaning to remove mould and bacteria. We do the deep clean safely and properly.

Yes. Once we’re done your unit is ready to go. Many clients notice better airflow and a fresher smell immediately.

Pretty close! While we can’t undo years of corrosion or wear, most units come up looking dramatically fresher, inside and out.
